Currently we deliver within the UK which includes Channel Islands, only. Please see the Delivery & Shipping page for further details about delivery charges.
We are not VAT registered, hence all the prices displayed on our website are excluding VAT.
Our site is hosted on WordPress which uses 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure that all sensitive information - including name, address and credit card details - is encrypted.
Debit / Credit card payments are processed in real time by PayPal, industry approved transaction handlers, and we do not retain your card details on our system.
In the rare event that you have ordered a product that we are unable to send you - typically due to a stock control error or a damaged or otherwise unsaleable item being found in our warehouse at the time of packing an order - we will cancel the item from your order and let you know by email for further actions like alternatives, refunds, etc. We do not keep any items on back order, so if the item is still required when new stock becomes available, you will need to place a new order.
Currently we do not offer service of Gift Wrapping.
The Checkout process allows you to provide an alternative name and delivery address. If you wish us to include a message with the order, you can provide a message in the additional information area.
We do not produce a printed catalogue. All the products we offer can only be viewed online.
